Handle and follow the existing problems in all nodes
Open and follow all CSR if required to different vendors
Follow and Update all spares parts activities( Spare files,..)
Follow and Update all Trouble Tickets (TT) Operations
Check the new TRX expansion
Check and update "Alarme BSC Ericsson" report
Follow and implement the required ACA upgrades for different nodes
Follow and implement the required correction patches and rollout on the different nodes
Verify the status backups of all nodes ( AP & CP) and update backup file database
Backups on Tapes
Following and answering the following reports:
***DCR Report
***ATER Report
***Kpi Radio for operation
***TRC report
***10 worst cell
***NPC report
WO for NSS for New sites integration
Work order execution from # departments( RF, BSS Eng, Implementation..)
New BSC and nodes integration and acceptance
Rehoming of BSC and BTS
Hardware expansion in BSC
update the work order database and statistics
