Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Account Manager for our Wireless Innovations Group (WIG). In-building wireless/DAS experience is preferred. This is a Field Sales Position for our Northeast Region. The field sales position is responsible for selling assigned products into assigned account(s) and coordinating the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals.
This position is based in the Northeast area. Travel required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Executes the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, negotiating and closing. Assesses key decision-makers’ needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs with Andrew products and services. Manages the on-going account relationships. Maintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel. Understands customer’s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches Andrew solutions to meet customer needs. Demonstrates significant expertise in assigned product lines and ability to explain technical issues. Favorably influences product selection in targeted accounts with appropriate sales messaging. Has a broad knowledge of the entire product line. Engages appropriate internal resources to support sales pursuits;
• Supports and participates in team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts. Shares sales leads with sales colleagues for products that are assigned to other sales resources in the region/territory;
• Assesses market opportunities and develops business plans to meet revenue objectives. Conducts territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers;
• Performs revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales administrative tasks to grow assigned business profitability. Provides information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success; and
• Participates in trade shows, as assigned, to promote company products and to develop leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline; Engineering Degree preferred;
• Five (5) years related sales experience;
• Work experience in the industry or in a related business;
• Superior professional presence and business acumen;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communication;
• Competent in using computer applications; and
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

3. Qualify new in-building opportunities prior to involvement of Project resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Designing in-building and repeater systems. Specific responsibilities include: Interfacing with sales and customer representatives to determine coverage requirements and customer needs. Interfacing with customers and installation crews as needed to successfully complete project. Submitting/tracking materials and equipment required for installation. Performance will be measured based on compliance to established performance specifications, engineering schedules, and cost-of-goods sold standards.
• Installing and commissioning new systems. Detailed tasks include: Demonstrating proficiency in using test equipment. Troubleshooting system and test equipment problems to satisfactory resolution. Working with the technical support staff to address and solve problems to customer’s satisfaction. Performance will be measured based on the feedback from the technical support staff and the number/type of requests for assistance.
• Participating as an active team member of the Andrew WIG division. Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available SAP Finance Project Manager.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager leads the planning, design, development, and/or support of the implementation of a complete SAP business solution, applying new or advanced technologies. Manages multiple projects, each of which would have subprojects with Project Managers assigned, or a single large and complex project. Assembles project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops and tracks project schedule and budget, and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed. Accountable that assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and to mutually agree upon customer specification and level of quality. Serve as project team members, interfacing with Finance management, IT suppliers, external consultants, and the business. Deliver on project commitments through leadership, teamwork, problem analysis/resolution, effective communication, and productivity improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously or one large project based on complexity factors such as number of regions, organization, vendors, applications/interfaces involved or project duration.
Leads project team including technical and non-technical staff in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
Ensures appropriate use of CommScope’s IT project management tools, governance, processes, and methodologies.
Responsible for project scope definition and signoff. Participate in decisions that impact or change project scope.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
Identify and track issues, assess impact, and execute resolution.
Ensure effective integration management throughout the life cycle of projects.
Conducts project status sessions with representatives from any or all department involved in the project.
Accountable for identifying & tracking risks, assessing impact, and executing mitigation plans.
Prepare periodic reports on project health including project status, risks & mitigation plans, and issues & resolution plans.
Serves as customer liaison and principle contact for project-related activity.
Lead resource management process.
Develop training requirements and plans for project team.
Provide technical mentoring to associate project managers.
Job Qualifications:
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Project Management, Business or related curriculum and 5-8 years of related experience.
5+ years of project management experience required.
PMI certification preferred.
CPA preferred.
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, costing, project systems, fixed assets, A/R, A/P, treasury functionality.
Knowledge of Financial reporting.
Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes.
