THE ROLE:
The Senior Expert Solution Architect is the technological right-arm of the MEA LSS Leader and is the coordinator of all Solution Architecture/Engineering activity within MEA. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have at least 2-3 years in a team leading role, managing a technical team to execute within a managed services contract within a telco environment.

-Solid experience in managing teams that operate in a shift pattern
-Have a solid understanding of SLA management, managing customers to the boundaries of contract deliverables
- Strong Incident process management skills - ITIL knowledge
- Have a Technical background within VAS – ideally SMSC, MMSC, Voicemail, Core networks
- Must have a technical background of Mobile Networks
- Candidates typically would have been an engineer looking for a managerial career
Salary range INR1.0 - 1.2M (CTC)
This role is a business day role (Mon Fri)– with on call escalation responsibility

Head of Human Resources - Middle East - contract - February start

Job Description

The role will be an “individual contributor role” responsible for managing the P&L and working capital forecast cycles in accordance with the WW processes. As the head of finance for the country you will be the primary Finance reference point for the local sales and management team. You will provide commercial support to the structuring of business opportunities including the preparation and presentation of business cases for internal review and approval. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the local team on the application accounting policies and standards.

You will be expected to work closely with the APAC region finance team to design and develop an appropriate back office support process for your country. This will cover

· Project cost accounting and and accuracy thereof
· Compliance with IFRS
· Compliance with federal/State legislation
· Application of Acision accounting policies
· Local statutory reporting
· Financial transaction processing
· Cashflow forecasting and management
· Internal and external audit management
· Payroll accounting
